A Love of Fairytales

It might seem foolish or childish to some “grown ups” that other adults still enjoy reading or watching fairytale stories. But to me, it’s a great way to keep your mind young and creative.

Two quotes I love by C.S. Lewis:

It seems so many of us are intrigued by the unknown and unexpected. I do believe there is more to life than what we can see, and a life after this one in eternity. Could it be the natural desire of humans to want to believe in the unseen or unbelievable? I tend to think so, and this other C.S. Lewis quote sums it up for me:

“If I find in myself desires which nothing in this world can satisfy, the only logical explanation is that I was made for another world.” C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity.
